Crescent Ridge Contracting LLC began with a simple vision: helping people bring their ideas to life and making their homes even more beautiful, functional, and uniquely their own.

Our founder, Oley Olsen, brings over 35 years of construction experience, built through hands-on learning on the job. Those years shaped his skills, his attention to detail, and his pride in seeing a project come together.

He started Crescent Ridge Contracting to put that experience toward something personal—building a business where homeowners’ ideas guide the work. Whether it’s a new deck, a home renovation, or a roof that protects what matters most, his goal is to create lasting improvements homeowners can feel proud of.

Today, Oley and his daughter, Hannah, work together to bring that vision to every project. With Oley leading the construction and Hannah managing the office and client communication, Crescent Ridge Contracting offers a personal approach from the first conversation through completion.
